Over time, I developed deep insights into how people build successful careers across many different industry sectors and I used these for the benefit of my corporate clients and candidates. It was especially rewarding to be consulted by the same people between searches too, on a wide range of career and leadership-related issues such as succession planning, performance evaluation and personal effectiveness.
Now at Stork & May I am able to use my accumulated experience to work with senior executives, helping them understand what they do and how they do it. Sometimes this means taking them beyond their comfort level and into new, unfamiliar situations, but all the time staying close and supporting them with grounded, real-world experience. Together with my fellow partners we coach our clients on how to approach their careers in a proactive rather than reactive way and make decisions which allow them to fulfil their ambitions.
