Before joining Stork & May I spent over 20 years working in executive search, primarily focused on the Technology, Communications and Media sectors as well as functional heads of IT, Finance and HR across all industries. My experience of building relationships with people from such a broad range of backgrounds allows me to interpret what they are saying and make sense of it in a way that helps them see their choices more clearly.
At Stork & May I continue to work with executives from these areas, but not exclusively. Clients have included CEOs and divisional MDs from sectors such as banking, insurance and consumer goods. The most important factor when deciding which of us should work with a new client is chemistry and fit. And as we’re all different people with different backgrounds and experience, we can always find the right partner for any new client. To ensure this happens, clients can meet as many of us as they like before making a decision.
My greatest pleasure comes from watching someone, who came to us at a time of change and uncertainty, go on to achieve even greater success – not only in their next role, but in the roles beyond that.
