I’ve found every role I’ve had challenging and learnt a lot at each stage about the world around me and how to work constructively within a wide range of environments.
I joined Stork & May after several years in executive search with Whitehead Mann and The Miles Partnership where I’d always enjoyed the part of my role that is working with talented and able candidates at critical points in their own careers – the opportunity to do this full- time presented an irresistible opportunity.
Prior to moving into search I led a series of support services businesses ranging from construction and education to utilities and waste management. I also led a private equity backed company, Protocol, and spent three years turning around a publicly owned agricultural college. I know how business works and what the pressure on executives feels like.
My work now is continually increasing my understanding of the issues and career decisions faced by senior executives across many sectors throughout the UK and Europe. I really enjoy this and how it further benefits my clients.
