Biography

During my career with two of the leading global executive search and leadership advisory firms, I have worked with CEOs and executives across most industries, advising on succession, leadership assessment and development, and career strategies. I’ve come to appreciate that, as contexts become more volatile and challenging, great leaders constantly learn, reflect and evolve, which requires a good dose of humility and a high-quality sounding board.

My coaching approach helps clients to understand and focus on their strengths while exploring both conscious and unconscious dynamics that shape behaviour and decision making. I provide clients with the space to think and explore in confidence, offering challenge, insights and advice. There is nothing more rewarding to me than a client achieving their goals and reflecting on how much they enjoyed the experience of working with us.
