Biography

My own career has included running international P&Ls, global operations, transformation and change management roles, HR in the FTSE 100, and consulting to some of the world’s leading organisations.

I am accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a PCC coach.  The clients I partner with at key moments in their careers rely on my ability to listen, understand and challenge as I support them to achieve their objectives.    I use my deep understanding of organisations, leadership and careers coupled with my systemic coaching skills and style to add value in all my interactions. 

A fluent English, German and Dutch speaker, I have lived and worked in France, Germany and the Netherlands as well as the UK and am particularly at ease navigating the complex and diverse nature of the global economy and international careers.

I take real pride and pleasure in coaching and advising people to maximise their impact and potential and achieve great outcomes, specific to their particular needs and objectives, whatever they may be.
