Biography

I have spent many years working in boardrooms, both observing behaviour and providing advice. It has been a privilege to work with so many leading business people.

I have advised the Boards of more than 70 UK and international companies, providing advice on remuneration and governance in listed companies, on IPOs, restructurings, transactions and in professional partnerships. My clients benefit from that wealth of experience.

I have been a Non-Executive Director of a FTSE-250 company and I led the Deloitte Women on Boards programme for five years. My professional coaching practice has developed from a desire to support senior executives as they go through key stages of transition in their careers.

I enjoy supporting clients to help them to perform at their best, especially when they are meeting new challenges or changing roles. I work as a confidential thinking partner, providing a safe and calm space. Clients benefit from my many years of business experience at a senior level. My advice is framed in an empathic way and grounded in pragmatism.
