Biography

A Meyler Campbell Mastered Business Coach, my operations and leadership experience has been based around situations of change, transformation and turnaround. This real-life understanding enables me to coach, mentor and advise clients going through similar stressful situations from both a career and business perspective.

I have held senior leadership roles in the UK and the US, including Chief Executive in a private equity backed small company, Executive Vice President in a US start up and Managing Director in a subsidiary of a global organisation. I understand the pressures and nuances of being a senior executive in an early stage, growth, turnaround, or corporate environment.

My passion centers around coaching and developing executives going into new challenges, there is no solution that fits all and I gain real satisfaction from unlocking the potential of my clients and seeing them happy and on a path to fulfillment.
