Having operated in executive search and interim management for over 20 years, my experience has been based around situations of change. This has enabled me to coach, mentor and advise clients going through stressful transitions from both a career and business perspective. 

I understand the pressures and nuances of being a senior executive in a start up, turnaround or corporate environment. I have been Chief Executive in a private equity backed small company, Managing Partner in a US start up and Managing Director in a subsidiary of a Global organisation. 

My passion has always centered around coaching and developing executives, there is no solution that fits all and I gain real satisfaction from unlocking the potential of my clients.
