I have held senior leadership roles in the UK and the US, including Chief Executive in a private equity backed small company, Executive Vice President in a US start up and Managing Director in a subsidiary of a Global organisation. I understand the pressures and nuances of being a senior executive in an early stage, growth, turnaround, or corporate environment.
My passion centers around coaching and developing executives going into new challenges, there is no solution that fits all and I gain real satisfaction from unlocking the potential of my clients and seeing them happy and on a path to fulfillment.
