As a Partner at Stork & May I specialise in supporting and advising senior executives through organisational change and future career development.  In addition, I operate as an Advisor to a major Private Equity Firm providing advice and support to their portfolio businesses across Europe on people, organisation and HR agendas

My experience is characterised by fast-changing business environments.  Having lived and worked in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America, I  have been involved in multiple international  acquisition/merger activities as well as major restructuring

I have an extensive senior level HR background including Chief HR Officer for BT Global Services, Group HR Director for Logica and was the EVP HR for Blackberry as it embarked on its major turnaround.  Prior to joining Logica, I was a Board member and European HR Director for Equifax Plc and also held a variety of senior international roles with Prudential and Digital Equipment Company.

I have in-depth first-hand experience of the people, structural and cultural challenges that come with organisational change. These insights inform my advisory, coaching and mentor work with my clients, creating opportunities for growth, re-evaluation and taking bold steps.
