I had known Stork & May from both a corporate and personal perspective over many years. The opportunity to bring my background and experiences into this unique professional environment was too good to miss.
Having started my working life with a successful period in sales, I wanted to build on that experience in a broader corporate context. This resulted in a succession of senior roles in a variety of international organisations, both US corporations and UK plcs. My corporate career culminated in high profile organisational change roles in BT Global Services and then Blackberry.
What I had realised over the years is that supporting senior people through organisational change has been both really rewarding and fascinating. It creates opportunities for growth, for re- evaluation or for taking a bold step. Being able to work one to one with business leaders to make all this happen is what brought me to Stork & May.
