“My boardroom headhunting, strategy consulting and business building experience provides a breadth of commercial and career insights as a coach, advisor and confidant to CEOs and Exco leaders.  I take great pride in the successes of my clients at key stages of their career development, transition and portfolio building.”

My thirty year business and leadership track record includes advising Chairs, CEOs and Exco members as a Boardroom headhunter, strategy consultant and entrepreneur.  My expertise includes CEO, Exco and Non-Executive Director succession planning, leadership development, talent assessment, and advising individuals on their career strategy.  I have a wide-ranging knowledge of how Boardroom appointments are made.  I have advised many FTSE 100/250 boards, private equity businesses, mutuals and public sector entities across financial services and other industries.  I enjoy coaching CEOs, P&L and functional leaders, and helping clients build ‘modern portfolio careers’.

My personal experience includes leadership and culture change in international organisations as well as building entrepreneurial businesses – having been through an IPO, a management buy-out, building and selling a company, private equity ownership and setting up my own business.  I have an international personal and business background, speak German and Italian, and am an art enthusiast – bringing a range of perspectives and networks to my clients.

It is fascinating and a privilege to coach, advise and mentor CEOs and Exco leaders at key moments of career development and transition.  I combine coaching disciplines and Hogan psychometrics with grounded business acumen, listening and challenge.  Clients working with me comment on my integrity, thoughtfulness, creativity and follow through.
