I have spent over 20 years as a Board and CEO headhunter and advisor, always focusing on trusted, discreet and long-term relationships.  I have advised Boardroom chairs and non executive directors, private equity investors and chief executive officers and their teams.  I enjoy working across all board and executive committee functions, throughout the UK and internationally.

I have supported FTSE100/250 and growth companies, private equity backed firms and public sector entities.  I have advised a wide range of leaders at key moments of career development, succession and change, facilitating options and decisions around goals, effectiveness and diversity.

I continue to be fascinated by business cultures and leaders’ motivations, challenges and drivers and take great pride in facilitating and supporting their successes.  I have a reputation for integrity, diplomacy, creativity and rigour.  I bring a broad business background across headhunting, business consulting and strategy, and art dealing.  This offers a ‘cognitive diversity’ and varied perspective, combined with empathy and directness in working with clients.
